Arnaldo began his career in San Juan, Puerto Rico working for REIT Developers Diversified Realty now Site Centers, as Collections Specialist for the Puerto Rico portfolio consisting of 4,928,613 square feet within 16 shopping centers. He commenced his leasing experience by assisting DDR's leasing executives in renewals while ensuring the collection of rents and structuring repayments. It was though this pilot program that he started to combine both, shopping center leasing and collections simultaneously in his private practice. 

In 2008 Arnaldo founded Space Mart Retail and Real Estate Solutions (transitioned in 2017 into NAI Puerto Rico), where as a licensed Real Estate Broker he began catering an underserved niche by providing "tailored programs" for both Landlords and Tenants alike, while offering property accounting, rent collections, Year End Reconciliations analysis, property management, tenant and landlord representation services. Arnaldo also serviced as consultant for new shopping centers developments making inroads into Puerto Rico by assisting in site distribution and tenant mix analysis.  

After achieving his Real Estate Brokerage license for the State of Florida in 2015, Arnaldo assisted in the expansion of many concepts from Puerto Rico into Central Florida and vice versa, while remaining actively engaged in assisting other concepts from United States and Europe into his markets of expertise. It is via this symbiosis of services within the markets of Florida and Puerto Rico that in 2020, Arnaldo merges his Commercial Real Estate practices from both markets into one full-service firm, creating 180 Commercial Real Estate Solutions.
